Eurorack

Excuse for more Synth DIY projects

Since I’d rather play keys than plug in and out some cables, I’m not the biggest modular user. The only reason why I started my own Eurorack system was to give me more excuses to do more Synth DIY projects. It started with a range of DIY Modules by Erica Synth which have been discontinued. Since you can never have too many VCA’s in your system, that’s what I designed next. This VCA was to be become one of the first Eurorack modules I designed by myself. A mixer, multiple and attenuverter module were added next. I also made a multimode VCF and a VC LFO based on designs by Ray Wilson from Music From Outer Space.

Polyphonic

After making the Convocto MIDI to CV converter for a friend, I discovered how much fun a polyphonic modular can be and I decided to make my own polyphonic modular system as well. For this project I made DUAL versions of the Multimode VCF and CEM3310 based ADSR’s. I also designed a 2-input output module with voltage controlled panning.
